Riverside Bank of Central Florida is pleased to announce that we have completed our transaction with the United Group of Central Florida. The United Group is a local group of investors that have owned and operated several successful financial institutions in the greater Orlando area including United American Bank, Community National Bank of Mid-Florida, Community United Bank and United Heritage Bank.

The United Group represents the new local ownership of our Bank. We are pleased to announce we are changing our name to United Legacy Bank. Over the next few weeks we are looking forward to sharing our plans with you regarding expansion and additional products and services.

United Legacy Bank is one of the most highly capitalized banks in the state and our plans are to build the premiere locally owned banking enterprise in Central Florida.

Our same team of bankers will continue to serve you. There is no action that you will need to take. Your account numbers will not change and you may continue to use your same checks.  You will also continue to receive the same relationship oriented service that you have come to expect from our team of bankers.
